Consultancy to Develop Media and Information Literacy Policy Brief and National MIL Strategy
The Bhutan Media Foundation (BMF), with funding support from UNESCO, invites expressions of interest (EoI) from qualified consultancy firms to lead the development of Media and Information Literacy (MIL) Policy Brief and National MIL Strategy (refer to the Terms of Reference for details).
Eligible national consultancy firms or research institutions with a valid trade license are encouraged to submit a comprehensive proposal that includes both technical and financial components, in accordance with the Terms of Reference (ToR) for this assignment.
Submission Deadline: Interested applicants must submit their EoI by 5:00 PM on April 23, 2025.

In person (2 hard copies): Bhutan Media Foundation Office, New Kuensel Building, Changzamtog, Thimphu
Note: Late submissions will not be accepted.
